Charbroiled ribeye Steak Salad

Ingredients:
salad greens
additional veggies of choice (radishes, carrots, cucumbers, )
ribeye steak
cheese of choice (feta, blue cheese, mozzarella, goat cheese)
dressing

  1. Preheat grill to 450-650 degrees.

  2. Pat steaks dry and season both sides with salt & pepper or your favorite steak seasoning.

  3. Grill steaks three minutes per side.

  4. Reduce heat and move steaks off direct heat such as to the warming rack or other side of the grill.

  5. Use instant read thermometer and remove steaks at desired doneness.
    130-medium rare
    140-medium
    150-medium well
    160-well done

  6. Let rest for two minutes before slicing.

  7. Layer salad greens, then additional veggies, steak, cheese and finally dressing.

Charbroiled grassfed steak is wonderful to have sliced in in the fridge for use during the week. It makes everything better! From healthy salads with blue cheese & radishes to quick quesadillas with hot sauce it's always terrific to have as a quick ingredient.
